Getting here and accessibility

Finding us

We are at 20 Cheap Street, Newbury RG14 5DD.

Blue Badge parking

The nearest Blue Badge bays are on Cheap Street, around 150 metres from our door — a walk of roughly two to three minutes.

If that distance would be difficult, please call us on 01635 569291 before your appointment.

Blue Badge holders can park free for up to three hours on-street where charges apply, and free for up to three hours in West Berkshire Council car parks — with the exception of the Kennet Centre and Northbrook multi-storey car parks. The nearest council car parks with dedicated Blue Badge spaces are Newbury Central (KFC) car park and the Kennet Centre multi-storey on Bartholomew Street.

Getting into the practice

There is a raised threshold at our entrance door.

We have ramps that we put down on request.

If you use a wheelchair or a walking aid, or you would find the entrance difficult, ring the bell at the door and a member of our team will come out, put the ramps in place and help you in. There is no need to arrange this in advance — but if you mention it when you book, we will be watching for you.

Mobility equipment

Wheelchairs and mobility scooters can be hired at low cost from the Shopmobility service at Northbrook multi-storey car park, which also offers free parking to people using the service.

Telling us what would help

If there is anything that would make your visit easier, please tell reception when you book. That might be help getting in, a longer appointment, a quieter time of day, bringing someone with you, or information in large print. We would rather know in advance so we can have it ready.

Call 01635 569291 or email reception@2020dentalpractice.co.uk.
